Returns & Exchanges 

Overview

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original tags and packaging where possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

As most pieces are made to order, certain items cannot be returned. This includes personalized items, products featuring custom embroidery, items made to customer-specific measurements, custom designs, and gift cards.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include photographs where possible. Once the issue has been reviewed, I will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or another item, a flat exchange fee of €15 per item applies. This fee covers return handling and shipping of the replacement item.

Returns

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged securely and shipped safely. I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping costs and any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after receiving confirmation, please first contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
